We will be there to welcome you and give you a set of keys,Show you how the equipment works, and give you a welcome booklet, an inventory, and an assessment of the premises.

DEPARTURE : 8 am to 11 am, flexible if the accommodation is not rented immediately.

We can store your luggage for free.

The accommodations are non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors connected to an alarm system.

Please respect the neighbors: no parties, and music can be played at a reasonable volume. No noise in the common areas.

We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Access is reserved only to the persons mentioned in the reservation. Except with our prior agreement, failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate termination of the reservation and the invoicing of the security deposit.

No professional photo or video sessions are allowed.

Children above 12 years old are welcome.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

For your security, surveillance cameras in the common areas ensure your safety right up to the front door of your apartment.

The tourist tax is one euro per person per night.

A deposit of 500 euros will be taken before your arrival and returned forty-eight hours after your departure, if no deterioration has been identified in the apartment.

All linen is provided: sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases.Pillows with protective undersheets and mattress covers.

The beds are made on your arrival.

Cleaning is done only before your arrival and after your departure.

We do not provide cleaning services during your stay. If you wish, we will direct you to professional cleaning companies on request.

We do not provide breakfast service.

Please wash the dishes and dispose of the garbage before leaving the apartment.

Rubbish bins are at your disposal in the courtyard of the building. Please respect the sorting rules: Yellow rubbish bin for cardboard, plastic, and metal packaging. Green rubbish bin for household waste.A bin is available for glass.

Please report any damage or incident within a reasonable time so we can deal with it as soon as possible.

In case of lost keys, 170€ will be charged.

No downloading or illegal streaming on the internet.
